How did we become a customer experience specialist?
The Confidently story goes back to 2005, when a company called SN4 was founded. This marked the beginning of a journey shaped by a strong desire to develop services and help customers, evolving during 2008–2009 into a company that made customer experience and its management a reality.
The company’s growth story and ambition enabled an acquisition in 2015, through which the customer experience business became part of a European data and analytics company operating in 19 countries. Ownership changed, but our experts’ passion remained unchanged.
The desire to invest in service development and make customer experience management a tool for developing people, operating models, processes, and services led to the idea of separating the business into its own company.
Buyers for the business were already in place — long-standing contributors took over operations to elevate the services to the next level. We wanted to offer customers the full benefit of more than 15 years of experience.
This gave birth to Confidently — we don’t just follow change, we create it.
